Welcome to "Seagrove Sunrise" This newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo is on the 1st floor with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. This is an end unit right next to the pool and the parking lot. No stairs or elevators to deal with and the private beach access is right in front of you. The location is perfect and located in the water just 1 mile east of Seaside. Beach life on 30A doesn't get any easier than this!

You will enjoy amazing views from your private balcony. There is also private beach access just steps from the perfect beach that will remind you of simpler times. We are talking about toes in the sand in less than 60 seconds! The master bedroom includes a king bed and private bathroom. You can also enjoy access to the balcony and of course the gulf views from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom offers custom built queen over queen bunk beds. Both bedrooms include RokuTVs No stairs or elevators to deal with. There is a Gulf front pool (heated seasonally) that is 15 steps from your front door. There is also a fitness room with gulf views located on the second floor. Beach Chair service is available at your private beach access point. There is parking just outside the front door. Everything is super close! Walking distance to many restaurants. An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests including coffee to get your first morning off to a great start.

A stay in Seagrove is full of adventure. The proximity demands that visitors explore Deer Lake State Park and Eastern Lake, and biking along the Timpoochee Trail in Seagrove is the preferred way to get around. In Seagrove, dining at Café Thirty-A is a tradition. This South Walton favorite was one of the first to establish a foothold along Highway 30A.
