The community’s town center, called “The Big Chill,” includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater. The amphitheater alone includes a covered event pavilion, a cinema screen for movies, and a stage for concerts and events. Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family-friendly “screen on the green.” During the season, you can enjoy entertainment most nights, including epicurean delights, cold beer and cocktails, ice cream, along with unique one-of-a-kind eateries to explore during your stay. The location of Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of popular spots like Seaside and Seagrove Beach to the west and Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach to the east. Seaside is a famously idyllic town featured in the Jim Carrey movie The Truman Show as a setting so beautiful, it seems fake. Seagrove Beach is known for its peaceful atmosphere, while Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are home to a variety of boutiques and shopping destinations, as well as incredible beachfront towns on 30A.
